Production process of our company that has adopted as its principle continuous development, improvement and customer satisfaction via controls held at each stage of production is as follows:

RAW MATERIAL INPUT: Scrap  Copper, Zinc Ingot , Lead Ingot  , Scrap Brass and Brass Chips are classified and stocked after their input controls are performed.

FOUNDRY: We have 2 Continuous Casting Lines which operate at a total capacity of 80 tons/day. Our facilities that attach importance to environment treat flue gas utilizing state-of-the-art technology.

LABORATORY: Alloy checks are performed via 2 Spectrometers. Copper, Zinc, Lead and brass analyses are more sensitively held by means of these devices.
Hardness and tensile strength checks and microstructure analyses as well as R&D studies are carried out at our laboratory.
Our Company is able to meet various needs of our customers through a variety of different Norms and Alloys.

PRESS : Billets annealed  at Natural Gas Annealing Furnace are pressed at 1.600 and 800-tonned Direct Extrusion Presses.
Coil production is made on Extrusion Presses for manufacture on combined bar drawing frames, and long bar production for chained drawing frames.
Production is carried out at our facility in compliance with measurement and accuracy tolerances using 2 Combined Bar Drawing Frames and 2 Chained Drawing Frames.
Targeting quality at each stage of production by using a variety of controlling devices, our Company holds production in accordance with standards, European Norm (EN) and American Norms (ASTM).

TRANSPORTATION: Products are packaged and transported in the form of 1-ton bundles.
